Ordering
01What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Zelle and Apple Pay (Apple Cash). Card processors don't serve research-compound suppliers, so we don't take cards — place your order online and you'll get simple Zelle / Apple Cash instructions by email within minutes, with nothing charged on the site itself.
02Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
Orders can be changed or canceled within a 2-hour window of placement. After that window, your order has already entered fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
03How do I cancel an order within the window?+
Contact support with your order number as soon as possible. If it's within the 2-hour cancellation window, we'll cancel and refund the order in full.
04Will I receive an order confirmation?+
Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping notification with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping
01How fast do you process orders?+
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, and handed off to the carrier with tracking the same day whenever possible.
02Is shipping tracked?+
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
03Is shipping free?+
Shipping is free on all orders over $200. Orders under that threshold have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
04How are products packaged?+
All products ship in temperature-controlled packaging to protect compound integrity in transit, at no extra charge.
05Do you ship to all 50 states?+

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a lab report tied to a specific production batch, documenting compound identity, measured purity, and test methodology. Every product we sell is backed by one.
02How is purity verified?+
Each batch's Certificate of Analysis documents compound identity and measured purity, and ships with your order for you to review.
03What purity do you guarantee?+
Purity for each batch is documented on that batch's COA, available before or after you order.
04What if a batch's documentation doesn't check out?+
Contact support and we'll make it right — refund or replacement.

Storage & Handling
01How long do lyophilized peptides last unreconstituted?+
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides have a shelf life of approximately 24 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
02How should I store a product after reconstitution?+
Once reconstituted, store the vial refrigerated at 2–8°C. Reconstituted peptides are generally stable for several weeks under refrigeration.
03What should I use to reconstitute lyophilized powder?+
Bacteriostatic water is the standard diluent for reconstituting lyophilized peptide powders and is available from our Lab Essentials category.
04How do I calculate concentration after reconstitution?+
