Refund Policy

All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Products that have been opened or used are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged Or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.
Verified Claims
Once a damage or defect claim is verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement isn't available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement. After that window, the order has entered fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.
Test-It-Free Guarantee
Independently lab-test any product you purchase from us. If it doesn't meet ≥99% purity, we'll refund your purchase in full, cover the cost of your independent testing, and add $200 in store credit. Contact support with your third-party lab results to initiate a claim.
