Refund Policy

All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Products that have been opened or used are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged Or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.
Verified Claims
Once a damage or defect claim is verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement isn't available, we will issue a full refund back via the same method you paid with (Zelle or Apple Cash).
Refund Timing
We don't process cards — orders are paid via Zelle or Apple Cash, and approved refunds are sent back the same way, to the same account you paid from, typically within 3–5 business days of approval.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement. After that window, the order has entered fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.

If a batch's documentation doesn't check out, contact support and we'll make it right — refund or replacement.
