KLOW extends the GLOW blend by adding a fourth component, KPV, a small anti-inflammatory fragment of alpha-MSH. Like GLOW, it's an online-vendor marketing name rather than a studied or compounded pharmacy product, and it inherits the same regulatory mismatch across its ingredients.

KPV is studied for anti-inflammatory signaling, primarily in gut-related research models, alongside GLOW's existing three mechanisms: GHK-Cu for skin/collagen signaling, and BPC-157/TB-500 for animal-model tissue-repair signaling.
