Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracked Shipping
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is handed off to the carrier, so you can follow its progress from our facility to your door.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All products ship in temperature-controlled packaging designed to protect compound integrity in transit, at no additional charge to the purchaser.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via tracked domestic carrier service.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries, with an estimated transit time of 7–14 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Risk Of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, though we will assist with carrier claims where applicable.
